The Idea

Many commercially available systems carry within their overall design a major disadvantage in that individual data items are often found to be inadequately linked, particularly in the areas of CRM, billing and statistics. Often this inadequate linkage is the direct result of their import / export functionality, the design of which necessarily demands greater processing time and resources. The online billing system combines all three components in perfect cooperation. A major advantage of O.B.S. is that the application is operated centrally from a network server, thus requiring that each user merely have access to a web browser in order to be able to work with the Online Billing System.

The Design

Based on years of experience and close contact with key-account customers, our Online Billing System was successfully launched in less than a year. In compliance with industry-specific characteristics specified by our own customers, our product has become an extremely flexible software package, complete with an entire mapping of the sales process without an impedance mismatch between various media and their respective formats. Because all of this is accomplished browser-based, a significant cost advantage with respect to both implementation and support can be achieved. The systems are centrally operated on servers specifically developed and optimized for our purposes. The placement of the software as an ASP-solution (application service provider) relieves our customers of the customary high initial-investment costs.
