Release of TiM professional

In November 2009 the TiM product family has been expanded by the launch of TiM Professional, offering more modules and extended features to make dealing with the CUCM even easier. Amongst other features the latest TiM version includes the editing of Route List, Route Group and Device Pool. Furthermore comfort functions such as copying data, restoring in TiM deleted data in the CUCM and TiM, as well as uploading your own pictures to your phones complete the software package.

Regarding communication with external systems TiM Professional provides even more simplifying features: the SOAP API allows you to integrate your own applications or to create your own applications with TiM/CUCM data. Of course all mentioned features apply the multi-tenant capability and the comprehensive rights and roles system. With the new LDAP module you can include any number of LDAP systems or active directories in TiM Professional. Not only does TiM import the user data, but also creates the according entries in the CUCM and forms an LDAP tree in its own group hierarchy. Users can authenticate themselves using the internal TiM LDAP server.
